For Product Take-Back matters, ASUS is cooperating with the following recycling schemes:
To Institutional (B2B) Users:
ASUS provides a free recycling program for ASUS-brand products to our business customers in France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, UK, The Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Turkey, Romania, Belgium, Hungary, and Ukraine. If you have old ASUS products, batteries and packaging for recycling, you could recycle them through the following steps:
- Download the following request form
- Fill out the request form
- Send your request form filled-out to ASUS' recycling partner
- Our recycling partner will contact you. You will receive different instructions depending on the threshold of your request
This service is designed to fit with the volume of old equipment you have accumulated. If you need to recycle less than 30 kg equipment, you will be asked to parcel and ship the equipment to the designated location by yourself and on your own costs. If your request is above 30 kg, the partner will arrange a collection free of charge on your site.
